Best enjoyed when it reaches a “pintón” (orange-green) color, the Raf tomato features a delicate skin that gives it a soft texture. Renowned for its exceptional taste, it is mainly consumed in Spain, with notable popularity in Italy as well.

Qualities

Of great firmness and succulence, it has a sweet and tasty taste, which is why it is recommended cut into half moons to accompany some salads. It is also very suitable for producing gazpacho and salmorejo.
