Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se pretende que el producto obtenido obtenga un mejor comportamiento frente al tiempo de vida \u00fatil, valor nutricional y caracter\u00edsticas organol\u00e9pticas y texturales que los productos de la competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se pretende investigar y estudiar nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de tratamiento de la jud\u00eda para que, una vez envasadas, ya hayan experimentado los tratamientos necesarios para que un \u00faltimo golpe de calor dado por el microondas y gracias al envasado empleado, se logre la obtenci\u00f3n de un producto listo para ser consumido, mejorando las propiedades organol\u00e9pticas y nutricionales del producto en otros formatos (Conserva, enlatadas, en tarros, etc.) e igualando las propiedades del producto vegetal
